Our story
Mervitz & Malan, now Greenpen.
In 2022, Mervitz & Malan began working under the Greenpen name. While the name changed, our core beliefs did not: we remain committed to providing the same quality service clients have come to expect.
The updated brand reflects our evolution and growth, along with our continued commitment to being an authentic blend of professional standards, ethical values and best practice principles.
Our offices are in Ballito on the Dolphin Coast and in Brooklyn, Pretoria, where the practice has been located since the early 1990s.

Our people
Staff are the heartbeat of the company.
Our staff comprises managers, trainee accountants, bookkeepers, tax specialists, property administrators and secretarial staff.
Between them, our management team has experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, management consulting, estate planning, property development and administration, company secretarial matters, and designing and implementing systems.
